Principal's Mutual Evaluation- Feng Chia University Ranked First. Since 2012, <GLOBAL VIEWS COMMONWEALTH PUBLISHING CO., LTD> has launched the "Domestic University Prestige Survey". Invited presidents and vice presidents from universities that are most familiar with higher education and university trends to conduct a mutual evaluation. The results of the "2022 Best University" survey had announced, that Feng Chia University ranked first among private schools for two years running.

"Choosing a stable university" is expected by all students and parents. The "Domestic University Prestige Survey" takes presidents and vice presidents of 133 colleges and universities in Taiwan to look into topics such as "the most reputable universities", "the highest potential universities in the next ten years" and " top three issues in the next three to five years", etc. The list had divided schools into four types: "national universities," "private universities," "national technical colleges," and "private technical colleges.

Presidents from all schools had mainly focused on three aspects: "industry linkage", "cross-domain integration" and "international cooperation". Under the leadership of President Lee, Feng Chia University has built the first 5G Smart City Laboratory, cooperative with DIGITIMES on industry projects, and developed Research Center in Science and Technology Industry. President Lee introduced multiple external resources and developed AI and semiconductor industries. In terms of international education, we had to innovate in teaching and learning, even make students seamlessly connect to the learning systems from international countries, and continue to cooperate with top renowned schools. All these achievements are the main points for principals to evaluate a school.

Since President Lee led Feng Chia University in 2013, he insisted that the core of a university is "Students" and "Educate" Constantly thinking about how teachers should teach, research, and lead students to the industry, and cultivate the innovative talents needed for social transformation and industrial upgrading. With a "responsible" attitude, he has to transform Feng Chia University into a different but better university. In the nine years of his administration, President Lee has not only delivered brilliant results but also laid a solid foundation for the future development of Feng Chia University. He made all faculty proud of the university and more confident to meet the challenges of higher education in the future.
